案例教学是经济管理学科教学创新的有效途径

摘    要:案例教学具有信息传递由单方变为双方,学员地位由被动变为主动,培养方向由知识变为能力的基本特征;案例教学有利于学员对知识的消化和理解,有利于学员对能力的锻炼和培养,有利于学员对实践经验的交流与借鉴;案例编写要讲求规范,案例讲授要讲求程序,教师素质要讲求标准。

Abstract:This paper analyses and proves the essential feature of case teaching that the information transmission turn from one side into both sides and student status turn into taking the initiative passively and train the direction to turn from knowledge type into ability type. It has explained the positive role of case teaching, namely favorable to student's digestion and understanding to knowledge, favorable to the exercise and cultivation of student's ability, favorable to student's exchange and reference to practical experience. This paper puts forward the basic demand of case teaching clearly, namely the case will stress the norm when being written. the case will stress the procedure when being taught, teacher's quality should stress the standard.
