| 摘 要： | 结合中国社会现状,用社会性别分析方法审视我国现行夫妻财产制,对夫妻的家庭角色和劳动分工进行分析,探究在夫妻平等光环下的性别盲点,提出确认家务劳动的价值、真正体现夫妻社会性别平等的立法建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the status of Chinese society, we may find out inequality between husband and wife in Chinese marital property system in the prospect of gender analysis. Chinese family law should be improved to acknowledge the value of housework and enhance equality of husband and wife. |
