| Abstract: | This paper describes a dynamic time-varying evaluation system based on set-valued statistics to eliminate the interference of subjective factors of multiple experts in evaluating enterprise technological innovation. This method is applied to evaluating three enterprises in the same industry but at a different phase regarding the status of technological innovation, using four evaluation indexes, namely talents, environment, capability and achievements of technological innovation. The obtained reasonable evaluation results deomstrate the viability of this method. |
