| Abstract: | This thesis mainly elaborates the historical background of IDEA in the USA,the factors giving the impetus to IDEA and its evolutionary process.Following the evolutionary process of the IDEA,the legislative improvements at different stages of the American special education are displayed.Learning the advanced educational concepts from the USA will give some refereces to and influence on the future of Chinese special education. |
