| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了图书馆联盟的有关概念及两个成功的例子，回顾了广东网络图书馆的起源及其网站建设成果，主要是电子资源数据库和合作虚拟参考咨询系统这两部分的建设。接着，本文指出了广东网络图书馆发展中遇到的障碍，如支持不够、经费不足、经费分摊不均等，并针对这些障碍提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the concept of Library Consortia and two successful examples,and reviews the origin of Guangdong Net Library and the achievement of its website's construction including the digital resources database and the Collaborative Virtual Reference System.Then,it points out the obstacles during the development of Net Library,such as the lack of support and outlay,the unequal sharing of outlay,and so on.At the end,it brings forward several pieces of advice to overcome these obstacles. |
