| 摘 要： | 评价是英语课程的重要组成部分，科学的评价体系是实现课程目标的重要保证，而高考在英语课程评价体系中具有十分重要和特殊的意义。高考英语试题应根据英语课程标准的目标和要求，重点考查学生的综合语言运用能力，提高考试效度。在这一基本原则的指导下，课改后的高考英语试题坚持“稳中求新”原则，进行了有益的改革和探索，使试题表现出更明显的综合性、主观性和客观性，体现高中英语新课程的要求和现代语言测试的特点。

| Abstract: | Evaluation is an important part of English curriculum. The scientific evaluation system is the important guarantee to realize the curriculum goal; NMET has special significance in this evaluation system. Accordingly, NMET should be according to the objectives and requirements of the English Curriculum Standard, focusing on the students＂ comprehensive language using ability, and enhancing the test validity. Under the guidance of the basic principles, the new-curriculum-based NMET, adhering to the principle of ＂seeking novelty while keeping stability＂, has carried on beneficial reform and exploration. Now it shows more obvious comprehensiveness, subjectivity and objectivity, reflects the requirements of the Curriculum Standard and the characteristics of modern language testing. English |
