发展具有中国特色的休闲体育

20世纪以来,国际社会步入大众休闲时代,休闲体育走进人们的日常生活.由于中西方在休闲的观念、价值、意义等方面不同,因此在休闲体育的内容、形式等方面也存在着差别.中国休闲体育的发展有其历史必然性.但在现阶段,中国休闲体育的发展还面临一些困难和问题.要发展中国休闲体育运动,就必须要立足中国国情,加强具有中国特色的休闲体育理论建设,加快推广具有民族性、大众化的休闲体育项目,因地制宜地推进休闲体育基础设施建设,引导国民科学合理地安排闲暇时间.

Leisure Sports Development with Chinese Characteristics

Since the 20th century, the international community entered the era of mass leisure, leisure sports into peoples daily life. Western casual concepts, values and meanings, in leisure sports content, form and other as- pects is different with China. Development of leisure sports in China has its historical inevitability. At this stage, the development of leisure sports in China is still facing some difficulties and problems. To develop leisure and sports, it must be based on China~ national conditions, to strengthen leisure sports and theoretical construction with Chinese characteristics, aad accelerate the promotion of the national character, popular recreational sports, in line with local conditions to promote leisure sports infrastructure, to guide the national scientific and rational ar- rangements for leisure time.
