高校与行业企业、科研院所联合培养人才的基础和模式

提高人才培养质量是吸引行业企业、科研院所参与高等工程教育改革的关键性因素。高校要明确人才培养定位，以办学优势为基础，社会需求为导向，科学选择合作企业。在校企合作模式与机制方面，通过“一个平台、两个重点、三个适应、四个转变”，形成学校同行业企业、科研院所的利益共同体，让企业深度参与高校人才培养工作。

Joint Training by University,Enterprise and Research Institution

Enhancing talent training quality is the key factor that attracts enterprises and research institutions taking part in higher education of engineering reform. Universities need to make talent training orientation explicit in advance, and then choose cooperative enterprises reasonably ,which base on the advantages of school and meet needs of society. In respect of university-enterprise cooperation mechanism, enterprises should be deeply involved in talent training through ＂one platform,two key points,three adaption,four transitions＂ ,which form interest community among universities, enterprises and research institutions.
