纳米ZnO在染料敏化薄膜太阳电池中的应用

摘    要:尝试使用溶胶凝胶法制备的纳米ZnO作为光阳极制作染料敏化薄膜太阳电池,并讨论了电池的性能,与染料敏化纳米TiO2薄膜太阳电池作了比较,探寻利用纳米ZnO薄膜半导体材料作为光阳极的可行性。

Abstract:Recently the dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) is under the intensive investigation because it is highly efficient and provides an environmentally and economically credible alternative concept to conventional photovoltaic devices. This paper examines the possibility of using nanocrystalline ZnO as an electrode to make dye sensitized solar cells, which is prepared by sol gel techniques. The performance of this cell is also discussed and compared with dye sensitized solar cells based on nanocrystalline TiO 2.
