| 摘 要： | 高等教育的发展与一个国家的兴衰关系紧密.1949--1956年,是中华人民共和国高等教育发展的起步阶段,这个阶段所取得的成绩和存在的问题,都直接影响着我国当代高等教育的现状和未来的发展.要研究我国高等教育发展现状,不断推进高等教育改革,就必须探究这个高等教育发展的初始阶段,反思其制度变迁.
