| 摘 要： | 社会发展对成人高等教育人才培养的规格、数量、质量都提出了新的要求，具有选课制和弹性学制两大基本特征，体现成人高等教育多规格、个性化的教育原则，解决成人工作与学习之间矛盾的学分制，成为成人高等教育教学管理模式的发展方向。
