| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国高等工科专业学生综合工程能力参差不齐的现状,在对工程教育的教育模式、教学体系、教学内容、教学方法与手段进行系统研究的基础上,提出了基于小型生产系统,开发典型产品,培养学生综合工程能力的教育理念和实践方法。构建了5个小型生产系统,将传统制造与先进制造工艺技术融会贯通,在学校实现了模拟企业的设计、工艺、制造运行流程,探索了一条构建校内小型生产系统,实现真实环境下综合实践能力培养的新途径。

| Abstract: | Based on small-scale production system,both of educational ideas and practical method for developing typical products and cultivating students learning ability of comprehensive engineering practices are supposed.The five constructed small-scale production systems can interconnect both of traditional manufacturing technology and advanced manufacturing technology.An enterprise running procedure of design,technology and manufacture is imitated in school.A new way of constructing in-school small-scale production system in order to cultivate student ability of comprehensive engineering practices in real environment. |
