消失模铸造设备及液态金属前沿的仿真

摘    要:用Flash模拟消失模铸造虽然有一定的局限性,但在消失模铸造的电化教学、传播及研究中具有积极的作用。通过对消失模铸造设备的振动水平输送筛分机、振动垂直提升机以及液态金属前沿的状况进行了Flash模拟。动画演示了输砂机砂粒筛分及输送过程,演示了液态金属前沿的聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯、甲烷、碳、氢等的变化,模拟了气体的排出和增碳等现象。介绍了模拟的一些制作过程。

Abstract:The computer simulation of EPC is significant for EPC research, teaching and promotion. The vibrating horizontal riddle and conveyer, the vibrating vertical conveys, and the scene of front of liquid metal is simulated in Flash-animation. The users just need simply operate and can directly understand the equipments work process and the change of polystyrene, styrene, methane, C and H of front of liquid metal. The main procedure of making computer simulation is introduced in this article.
