| 摘 要： | 中青年教师出国进修、访问工作是促进高等教育国际化的有力举措。本文针对高校校派中青年教师出国进修、访问工作,在总结该项工作取得的成效和存在的问题的基础上,提出了该项工作的管理建议,主要包括：优化派出模式、创新资助方式和加强派出管理。

| Abstract: | Young and middle-aged teachers in universities studying and visiting abroad is an effective measure for the internationalization of higher education. Focusing on young and middle-aged teachers studying and visiting abroad, this paper summarizes its achievements and problems. This paper also proposes the management recommendations for it, which include optimizing assignment mode, innovating fund type, and strengthening assignment management. |
