摘    要:《2005年残疾人教育标准》是澳大利亚为促进残疾人教育、保障残疾人权益的一部详尽法规,其具体的规范不仅有效地保障了残疾人受教育和培训的权利,而且保障了实施主体的操作与执行,是一部在立法、实施和监管方面都相对完善的法规,为我国残疾人教育立法提供了重要启示和借鉴。

Abstract:Disability Standards for Education 2005 is the regulations promulgated by Australia government to improve the education for disabled and protect their rights. Its contents include protecting their rights of getting education training and implementation of their rights. It is relatively consummation regulations in legislation, implementation and monitoring, which offers some implications for disabled education in China.
