| 摘 要： | 分析PTC电阻的原理和特性,建立PTC的短路限流开关模型,通过直流短路仿真实验,得出了PTC电阻的部分极限参数和在短路系统中的特性。提出了基于PTC电阻和MOV过压保护的限流方案,并对其过压保护原理和工作特性做出简要分析。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the principle and the characteristics of the PTC resistance,short-circuit current limiting switches model for PTC is established.Through the de-circuit simulation experiment,partial limit parameters and characteristics in short-circuit system for PTC resistance are obtained.The current limiting scheme based on PTC resistance and MOV over-voltage protection is proposed,and its protection principle and working characteristics are analyzed. |
