中国古代与美国现代激励方法的比较

早在西方激励理论提出两千年前，中国古代的思想家就提出了诸如表率激励、教化激励、赏罚激励、足欲激励、爱民激励等方法。这些方法与现代美国学者所提出的激励方法既有相同之处，又有不同之点，它们各有优劣。只有根据我国的实际情况和文化背景，将两者有机结合，取长补短，才能建构适合我国国情并行之有效的激励方法体系。

A Comparison Between the Encouraging Methods of Ancient China And Modern America

Two thousand years earlier than encouraging theory was put forward in the West, the ancient Chinese ideologists had advanced such methods as example encouraging, tea-ching encourging, award and punishment encouraging, encouraging by satisfying desire and encouraging by loving the people. There are similarities and differences between the Chinese ones and the American ones, and both of them have advantages and disadvantages. To build an appropriate and effictive encouraging system we must combine both of them and overcome our weaknesses by accquiring American strong points according to Chinese actual conditions and cultural background.
