| 摘 要： | 本文从高等职业教育的角度,对数学教师在教学的能力、形式与观念等方面的要求进行了思考,认为高等职业院校数学教师除了应当具备一般数学教师所需的能力素质和扮演的角色之外,还应当把握好数学知识的学术形态和教育形态,正确认识＂启发式＂与＂灌输式＂教学形式,坚持“淡化形式、注重实质”的教学观念.

| Abstract: | From the perspective of higher vocational education, this paper explores the requirement for mathematics teachers' teaching ability, teaching patterns & teaching concepts. As a mathematics teacher, besides the necessary ability and the roles to be played by him/her, it is a must to form an academic and educational shape of the mathematic knowledge. In addition, it is also imperative to have a real understanding of the teaching approaches of "heuristic method of teaching" and "inculcation method of teaching" and adhere to the teaching concept of "desalinizing the form, paying attention to the essence". |
