| 摘 要： | 无论人本原理的产生还是发展，都应追溯到人文主义、人本主义，其实管理学理论自身的发展也回归到了人本主义，人本原理的精神实质充分体现着人本主义精神，体现着对人性的关怀。因此人本原理与人文主义、人本主义有着密不可分的联系。
