| 摘 要： | 随着19世纪后期美国石油工业的兴起，美国的石油民俗也逐渐形成与发展。美国的石油民俗具有信仰奇特怪异、石油人物形象通俗与模式化、歌谣故事轶事大量涌现等特点。早期石油工业水平的落后与石油工业从业人数的众多是形成这些民俗特点的主要原因。

| Abstract: | With the rise of U. S. oil industry in late 19^th Century, the U. S. oil folk are gradually formed and developed. U. S. oil folk has the following characteristics： folk belief is strange, oil character portrayal is popular and stereotyped, songs and stories come forth. The reasons the folk characteristics formed are the low level of the early oil industry and big number of persons engaged in oil industry. |
