| 摘 要： | 石油是重要的生产资料，我国一直由政府定价。在国际石油价格大幅波动的背景下，我国现行的石油价格机制的弊端越来越明显。实行与国际石油市场接轨的市场定价机制，能提高资源的有效利用程度，是提高人民生活水平，提高经济效率的必然选择。

| Abstract: | Oil is an important means of production, and it is priced by the government in China. Under the background of the fluctuation of international oil price, China＇s current oil pricing mechanism obviously becomes more and more defective. The implementation of the market pricing mechanism is an inevitable choice of improving the full utilization of resources and living standards. |
