摘    要:为了提高英语教师的专业化水平,英语新课程改革应实现以下“五个结合”:“工具性与人文性相结合”“知识与情感相结合”“教学策略与学习策略相结合”“输入和输出相结合”“必修学分与多元化发展性评价相结合”。“五个结合”体现了《课标》中所提出的提高学生英语水平的五个方面的精神,包括语言运用能力、情感态度、语言技能、语言知识、学习策略和文化意识。

Abstract:In order to enhance the level of English Teacher's development in the implementation process of New National English Cur- ricuium, we should carry out the concept of "Five Combinations", "the combination between tool and humanity", "the combination be- tween knowledge and affect", "the combination between teaching and learning strategies" , "the combination between input and output" and "the combination between required credits and multiple evaluation system", which best represents New National English Curriculum in the following five aspects: Integrated Language Capability, Affect and Attitudes, Language Skills, Language Knowledge and Learning Strategies Cultural Consciousness,
