我对学校德育工作的思考

要搞好德育管理,转变观念是基础;健全机构,构建网络是保证;明确目标,完善制度是关键。在实施德育管理的过程中,要发挥全体教职工在德育管理中的作用,抓好班级管理,搞好团队工作,加强校园文化建设,构建学校、家庭、社区三位一体的德育网络。

Some Thoughts on Moral Education in our School

It is fundamental to change our ideas in order to improve our management of moral education. Before the improvement of organs and the establishment of network we should set up clear objectives and good regulations. In order to build a moral education network, which consists of the school, families and communities, all the staffs should play a full role to do a good job of class management, better the Youth League and Young Pioneer work and strengthen school culture construction.
