| 摘 要： | 在高职高专院校财经类专业中,经济法是一门重要的专业基础课程。但是在教学实践中,教学效果并不明显。案例教学可以提高经济法的课堂教学效果,但同时也对教师能力提出了新要求、新挑战。教师应有新的应对策略。
