| 摘 要： | 为了使学生在学习基础的通用知识的同时，获得一个或多个与本专业相同或相近的职业技能资格证书，达到提高学生技术应用能力和就业竞争能力，就必须实行高职教育与职业资格证书相结合制度，在二者衔接方面要对目前的现状进行改革，建立与之相适应的教学条件和环境。

| Abstract: | In order to make the students acquire one or many qualification certificates of professional and technical ability the are as same as or closing by the profession when they learn the basic knowledge, and for the sake of improving the students ability of using the learning and employment comepting. This text studies primarily the high vocational school education practices many institutional necessity, terms in certificate and the problem that should notice. |
