论高职院校普遍采用的德育模式及其重构

高职院校普遍采用的德育模式是一种金字塔式的运作模式。在这种模式下,高职院校德育既没有成为一种独立的文化实体,也难以实现德育的工具性价值;它脱离社会生活,也导致其整体功能难以发挥。要避免这些问题和弊端,该文建议高职院校从文化视角重新审视自己所采用的德育模式,构建能充分实现德育价值的德育模式。

Discussing on the Mode of Moral Education Commonly Adopted by Polytechnics and its Reconstruction

The mode of moral education commonly adopted by polytechnics is a pyramid operation mode,under the moral education in polytechnics is not an independent culture entity,and still further to reach its values as a tool;it is kept away from the real life and hard to exploit its whole function.To avoid those,it is suggested that polytechnics should review their mode of moral education from the point of culture and to reconstruct their mode of moral education which may fully achieve the values of moral education.
