| 摘 要： | 成人高校学生档案数字信息化管理模式构想的实现,可以解决成人高校学生查档难、查学籍成绩难的问题,并且可以解决成人高校学生档案数字信息化管理实践中存在的实际问题。学生档案数字信息化的各项管理数据的采集可大大地缩短采集数据的周期,提高数据的准确性和规范性,是成人高校教学及教务管理部门对各职能部门进行监督、评价、管理与协调的有效方法和途径。

| Abstract: | The realization of digitalizing information for the management of students' records at colleges for adults can help get over the difficulties in rummaging through the files,in finding out students' status and their achievements and solve the problems in the practice of management of digitalized information of students' records.Data collected for the digitalized management of students' records can greatly reduce the circles of collecting data,improve the accuracy and normative of data.It is an effective way for the educational administrative departments to monitor,to evaluate,to manage and to harmonize the functional departments. |
