| 摘 要： | 分析我国职业教育师资队伍的现状和存在的问题,提出了地方高师院校应充分发挥教师教育的特色和优势,调整专业设置和人才培养方案,构建能适应现代职业技术教育的人才培养模式,承担起为中等职业教育培养大批合格教师的历史重任;介绍了赣南师范学院电子信息工程专业的“双师型”人才培养方案.

| Abstract: | The present status of the teachers team and the existing problem for the vocational education are analyzed firstly.Then local teachers college should undertake the historical responsibility of educating large quantity of teachers for middle vocational education.In order to fit the modern vocational technique education,they should develop the features and the advantage of the teachers education actively,adjust the design of profession and the training project to students,and reconstruct training mode to students.Finally,the training scheme of "Double-type Teacher" is introduced on the electronics information engineering profession in our college. |
