摘    要:"学校文化"建设中"教师文化"是关键。当前在一些教师身上,职业价值主要停留在外在价值及报酬上;主体意识不强,缺少专业成长追求与规划;对教学研究认识有误区,缺少合作互助氛围。重构教师文化,需要树立正确的人性假设,把握教师文化重构的灵魂;确立奉献社会与实现自身价值相统一的职业观,实现职业意识觉醒;不断改进行为方式,把对教育教学艺术的不懈追求作为生存方式。

Abstract:Teacher culture is key to the constructing of school culture. Currently some teachers' professional values in basic-level schools are mainly confined to external values and rewards, lacking in subjectivity and pursuit of professional growth and planning, while with misconception of teaching research and loss of cooperation and mutual help. Therefore, the reconstructing of teacher culture needs to establish correct humanity hypothesis, manipulate its soul, form the unified professional outlook of dedication to society and self-realization, and constantly improve our behaviors with a persistent pursuit of educational and instructional arts as our surviving styles.
