摘    要:江苏新一轮教育现代化呈现出全省教育一体化的发展趋势,但当前的教育管理机制和教育工作者的思维方式,很多都没有跳出原有行政区域视野来审视全省教育。自觉地把自己所处的教育环境视为省域大教育的有机组成部分,并形成与之相适应的大教育观,已经成为亟待重视的问题之一。当江苏成为国家教育现代化实验区的重要发展时刻,全省各级政府和教育行政部门的决策者、甚至全体教育工作者都应当站在更高层面上,审视省域教育发展问题,用大教育观的思维方式来实现全省教育统筹发展和同步发展的难题。

Abstract:The new round of Jiangsu Provincial educationalmodernization can be seen in the trend of the whole provincial unity of education, but currently some problems still ,exist with educational administration mechanism and educators' thinking styles. At the critical moment when Jiangsu Province has become the experimental region of the national educational madernization, all policy-makers of the provincial various governments and educational administrations, and even every educator should, on the higher level, make a scrutiny into the regional development of education. With the thinking style of big educational perspective, we can tackle the dilemma of overall and synchronous development of education in Jiangsu Province.
