高职院校“双师型”教师队伍培养策略

摘    要:师资队伍的素质水平直接影响着高等职业教育的质量,然而,目前我国高职师资队伍素质与高职教育发展的要求尚有不小差距。因此,加强高职“双师型”教师队伍建设,把握队伍培养中存在的问题,提出对策与建议,有利于提高我国高职教师的素质,促进高职教育的发展。高职院校“双师型”教师队伍培养策略应从转变观念,改革高职教师职称评审制度,提高“双师素质”教师的待遇,开展“产学研”结合,形成机制和保障体系等方面考虑。

Abstract:Qualities of faculty team have a direct effect on the quality of higher vocational education.However,there is great gap between qualities with development of higher vocational education.Enhancement of construction of dual-qualified faculty team,determination of existing problems in training,advancement of countermeasures and suggestions,these will help improve qualities of higher vocational staff and boost development of higher vocational education.Therefore, the training strategies shall take such factors into consideration as transformation of concepts,reform of the appraisal and engagement system of professional titles,pay rise of dual-qualified faculty,integration of production,teaching and research,formation of mechanism and supporting system.
