椎旁肌间隙入路及过仲复位治疗胸腰椎骨折

目的：探讨椎旁肌间隙入路及过伸复位在简单胸腰椎骨折手术治疗中的应用．方法：临床治疗24例胸腰椎骨折患者．术中均采用椎旁肌间隙入路结合过伸复位．结果24例患者手术效果良好。术后切口无感染，手术切口均为甲级愈合．手术时间、术中出血明显低于传统后正中入路手术，所有患者伤椎椎体高度均无丢失，内固定无松动、断裂．结论：椎旁肌间隙入路治疗简单胸腰椎骨折术中出血量少、手术时间短、术后恢复快、并发症少，治疗效果满意．

Severe Soft Tissue Injury Treated with Limited Internal Fixation Combined with VSD External Fixation of Open Fractures of Tibia and Fibula

Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of open fracture of tibia and fibula in treating patients with severe soft tissue injury. Results： 18 cases with soft tissue defect have no wound infection. During the follow-up of 15-24 months,all fractures are healed, external fixation and internal fixation are removed. Conclusion： using the limited internal fixation and external fixation combined with VSD to treat the patients with severe soft tissue injury is satisfactory.
