| 摘 要： | 在大量的管理实践中,IT的应用并没有产生预期价值。以此问题为线索,阐明了IT对企业管理的作用在于通过改变企业的协调机制来影响企业的运作,进而分析了传统的企业所依据的分工与协作的前提已不能适应现代企业管理发展的需要,提出了一种基于信息流的企业协调管理思路。
