高校后勤集团薪酬体系的问题分析与建议

摘    要:薪酬管理是人力资源管理工作的重要组成部分。健全的薪酬体系有助于高校后勤员工获得工作安全感,增强员工对企业的忠诚度,降低离职率,激发员工工作积极性,提高劳动效率,完善后勤服务。目前许多高校后勤集团在薪酬体系的设计管理与实践方面,还处于初步阶段,有待进一步研究与提高。本文对高校后勤集团薪酬体系存在的主要问题进行了分析,提出了后勤集团薪酬管理体系设计的思路与建议,为提升高校后勤集团的运行效率提供借鉴。

Abstract:Salary management is an important part of human resource management. A sound salary system helps logistics staffs feel safe on jobs, add loyalty to their business, reduce resignation rate, give full play to their enthusiasm, raise labor efficiency and im- prove logistics services. At present, the plan and the practice of salary system of college logistics groups are just in the initial stage, which needs a further study and improvement. This paper analyses the main problems existing in the salary system of college logistics groups and puts forward ideas about the system design, which offers references for the promotion of its operating efficiency.
