STC-1000机床自动换刀故障分析与排除

摘    要:五轴联动数控机床在使用过程中,换刀的故障比较频繁,占设备故障的50%以上,影响了其工作效率。通过对数控机床ST C-1000换刀故障分析与排除方法的研究,从实际应用的角度对ST C-1000换刀故障进行了原因分析,通过PLC 具体调整实例提出了排除方法的应用。

Abstract:In using five-axis CNC machine tools, tool change failure is frequent, accounting for more than 50% of the equipment failure, and affects the work efficiency. Based on analysis of NC machine tools STC-1000 failure and research on elimination method, from the angle of practical application the paper analyzes the cause of STC-1000 tool change failure and proposes the application of elimination method with adjustment cases of PLC .
