校企合作人才培养模式的探讨

沈阳工学院机械与运载学院近几年对校企合作进行了改革，通过毕业生的就业情况，提出了培养应用型人才应该采取与企业合作的方式，与市场接轨，资源共享，同时在教学环节上还要进行深度改革，彻底打破传统的教学模式，把课堂的内容与企业的生产实际相结合，培养学生动手能力。与此同时，对与企业的校企合作的教学实践进行了制度化、长期化、订单式的管理，便于学生安心实习，也便于企业与学校进一步的沟通，按照企业的需要培养社会有用人才。
