| 摘 要： | 在近代教育发展史上,英国政府曾对普及教育采取极端冷漠的态度,而整个教育的重心就在于造就合格的绅士。这种不平衡的发展造成近代英国教育发展滞后。我们有必要从中吸取教训以促进我国的教育发展。
