摘    要:为了探讨在武术训练中补水对运动员整套演练效果的影响,本研究选择7名受试者,采用心率、血压、体重等生理及主观感觉作为实验指标进行自身对照补水与不补水试验,并对其所反馈的数据进行统计分析。结果显示:套路演练前补水对受试者的训练效果有很明显的促进作用,能明显的减轻运动员的口渴感、降低身体温度、增进训练欲望,而且能明显地降低运动员的舒张压,对减轻运动员心血管的压力也有一定的作用。因此,在平时的训练中我们应该重视科学合理地补充水分,以提高运动员的运动能力。

Abstract:In order to find out how the water supplement in the preparatory stage of training influences on the quantity of the whole training in a routine exhibition match, paper designed this experiment which used the terms of heart rate, blood pressure, weight and subjective feeling. There were 7 people who were the national Wushu atheletes of second grade, and each one of them contrasted the state of supplying with water with the state without water supplement, during the whole training. Then the paper collected and analyzed the data which indicated that water supplement before and during the routine training. Amazingly, it showed that water supplying in the preparatory stage of routine training can not only improve the result of their performance, increase the desire to practice, relieve the feeling of thirsty and temperature, but can obviously decrease the blood pressure in expanding. Therefore, supplying water before and during the preparatory stage of training will admittedly improve the ability of Wushu athletes in their performance.
