港口群内港口间协调发展评价

为避免邻近港口间的过度竞争,为港口群内港口间的协调发展提供科学的决策依据,在梳理港口集群内涵的基础上,采用聚类分析方法,选择货物总吞吐量、外贸货物吞吐量、集装箱吞吐量、煤炭吞吐量、矿石吞吐量和油品吞吐量等6个指标,对中国沿海规模以上港口的发展规模和货类结构进行综合评价.根据评价结果,提出我国港口群内港口间协调发展的对策和建议.

Evaluation of coordination development among seaports in same port cluster

In order to avoid excessive competition among neighboring seaports and provide scientific basis for strategic decision on coordinated development of seaports in the seaport clusters, development scale and goods configuration of the upscale seaports in China are evaluated synthetically, using clustering method on six indices including annual total throughput, foreign trade throughput, container throughput, coal throughput, ore throughput and oil throughput. According to the evaluation results, some suggestion is put forward for coordinated development of seaports in the seaport clusters of China.
