| Abstract: | It is the inevitable product of the knowledge economy,the inevitable choice of meeting the new challenge and the inevitable request of the time's progresses for our country to construct the studying government.Therefore,our government should positively takes the practical and effective measures: Establishing the brand-new studying idea;Buildsing up the institutional framework of government that does away with a hierarchical system;Seting up and perfects the perfect studying system;Building up the good studying culture. |
