| 摘 要： | 人文管理,是实现新时期高校思政教育管理的新趋势。社会的发展、时代的进步要求高校思想政治教育工作要与时俱进、不断创新,要在已制定的管理＂硬措施＂的基础上努力实现新的管理＂软着陆＂。本文阐述人文管理内涵,探讨了高校思政教育人文管理的基本原则,提出了实现高校思政教育人文管理的基本途径。
