| 摘 要： | 西部地区的发展,是党的三代中央领导人长期关注和思考的问题。从20世纪50年代至70年代,以毛泽东为核心的第一代中央领导集体提出均衡布局、平衡发展的战略思想;80年代,以邓小平为核心的第二代中央领导集体提出两个大局的战略构想;世纪之交,以江泽民为核心的第三代领导集体提出西部大开发的战略思想。这三种西部开发战略是不同历史条件的产物,各有其特点,都推进了西部地区的开发。

| Abstract: | The development of western China has been a question concerned by the three generations of China leaders.Between 1950s and 1970s,the first generation led by MAO Ze-dong put forward a strategy of even distribution and balance development.In 1980s,the second generation led by DENG Xiao-ping advanced an idea of "two plans".At the turn of the centuries the third generation led by JIANG Ze-min raised a new strategy of Western Development. All the three schemes are the products of history and have their respective characteristics but all of them have contributed to the development of western China. |
