WLZS2060型振动筛筛箱静、动态特性分析

摘    要:采用有限元法,对WLZS2060型振动筛筛箱进行了静、动态特性分析,得到了振动筛筛箱的等效应力云图、变形云图和最大等效应力点图,得知振动筛筛箱的应力水平远小于许用应力;利用ANSYS有限元软件对振动筛筛箱进行了模态分析,结果表明:筛箱的模态频率远离工作频率,不会发生共振;设计偏保守,振动筛的安全系数过高,存在一定的浪费,从而为该筛的改进提供了必要的依据.

Abstract:Static and dynamic characteristics of WLZS2060 vibrating screen frame was analysised by FEM.The stress convective cloud、deformation and the maximum equivalent stress figure of vibrating screen frame were also calculated.The results prove that vibrating screen frame stress condition is far less than the allowable stress;The modal of vibrating screen frame was analysised by ANSYS,The results show that the modal frequency away from work frequency,the resonance.won't produced,The safety coefficient was too high.Lay the foundation for optimal design of vibrating screen frame.
