周期性外力作用下双头分子马达运动机制研究

摘    要:讨论了双头分子马达在白噪声及反馈控制的作用下,系统加周期性外部驱动力时,流随弹簧的原长、弹性系数及温度的变化.流随弹簧原长呈现周期性的变化,存在最优的弹性系数使流达到最大,它对温度的变化非常敏感.通过分析该环境中双头分子马达的运动机制,充分说明各个参量之间的相互协调能够反映出生物体机制的高度复杂性、协调性.

Abstract:This paper mainly discusses the two-headed Brownian motors which are affected by white noise and feedback control.Periodic driving force act on the two-headed molecular motor,we discuss the change of current with the initial length,the spring constant of the spring and the temperature.The current is periodic in the initial length of the spring,there is an optimal value of spring coefficient,which makes the current reach maximum,and the current is sensitive to the change of the temperature.Through analyzing the mechanism of the environment,it fully shows that the coordination of each parameter can reflect the high complexity and coordination of the mechanism of organism.
