高校研究院管理体制的讨论——剖析同济大学科学技术研究院

高校设立研究院以解决科技工作中存在的队伍散，项目小，原创性成果少等问题，但其管理体制和运行机制各不相同，收效也不同。文章剖析了已有收效的同济大学科学技术研究院的体制，机制，并对研究院的虚实，基层单位的规模以及一些运行机制问题进行了讨论。

Discussion on Management System of Research Institutes in High Institutions --A Case Study on S&T Research Institute in Tong Ji University

The aim of establishing research institute in high institutions is to solve the problems,such as manpower dispersal,small size projects,lack of first innovative achievements. The management system and operation mechanism of such institutes in different high institutions is quite different and their effectiveness is also not unique. It analyses the system and mechanism of S&T research institute in Tong Ji university which has obtain certain effects,especially,discusses its actual condition,the size of its grass root unites,its operation and so on.
