高职院校构建“职场化”校园文化探索

近年来，我国高等职业技术教育发展势头前所未有。但许多高职院校在发展过程中忽视学校特定的精神环境和文化气氛对培养学生具有的重要作用。文章从高职院校人才培养定位、模式、目标的特殊性出发，提出高职院校应注重“职场化”校园文化的构建，并尝试从理论上探索如何构建这一特色校园文化。

On the Culture of Workplace-campus in Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years, the higher vocational education developed so rapidly in our country. But many colleges neglected the importance of specific spiritual environment and cultural atmosphere which play important roles in training college students. This paper puts forward the point of focusing on establishing the culture of workplace-campus from the particularities of the talents＂ training orientation, mode and target in higher vocational colleges, and also explores how to establish this kind of campus culture.
