企业愿景的效用及其创建流程

摘    要:现代企业的竞争范式已经从过去的静态竞争演变为动态竞争,企业愿景是国内外著名企业在竞争中胜出的关键因素之一。它可以在六个方面发挥巨大效用:提升企业的存在价值、协调利害关系者、整合个人愿景、应对企业危机、累积企业的努力、增强知识竞争力。最后,本文尝试提出了包括愿景创建的准备、极限发挥想象力、精炼陈述、标准化检验、整合传播五大部分的企业愿景创建的操作性模型。

Abstract:The competitive paradigm between modern enterprises has changed from static competition to dynamic competition. Corporate vision is one of the key factors that lead enterprises both domestic and oversea to business success. This study discusses its utilities which consist of promoting the existence value of enterprises, harmonizing with stakeholders, integrating personal visions, dealing with enterprise's crisis, cumulating enterprise's endeavors and improving competitive competences of organizational knowledge. Lastly, it try to give the visioning procedure model which consist of ready for visioning, exerting imagination to limit, refining the statement, standard test and integrated communication.
