摘    要:中国的传统文化有着悠久的历史和丰富的内涵,在其长期的发展中,它形成了重智、崇善和重人文素质等特点,这些对于现代的创造性教育,对于人才素质结构的培养都有所启示。同时,传统文化中的重等级、重整体等观点与创造性教育中提倡的张扬个性也会发生冲撞。面对传统文化中的这些习惯思维,创造性教育所所要做的就是开发利用传统文化中的合理因素,摒弃其守旧观点,造就出勇于创新的人才。

Abstract:The Chinese traditonal culture has a history of long standing and rich content. It has devel- oped such characteristics as focusing on intelligence, worshiping virtue, emphasizing the moral quality during its long period development. All these enlighten the modem creative education and the upbringing of the mak- ings of talents. At the same time, the views such as emphasizing the class and the entirety in the traditional cul- ture conflict with the individual character which is advocated in the creative education. Confronted with these haditual speculations, all that the creative educations has to do is to make use of the creative factors in the traditonal culture, to abandon its stereotyped views and to then creative talents.
