一种配电网模糊评估的改进算法

结合某城区10kV配网实际情况,在收集大量统计资料的基础上,建立了配网评估的层次分析模型;提出了一种改进的配电网评估模糊算法,针对不同地块的负荷特点和负荷性质,相应地修正评估的标准,既能最大程度地挖掘现有电网潜力,又能保证重要和特殊负荷的供电可靠性及电压质量。经实例验证,该算法简单有效。

An Improved Fuzzy Evaluation Method of Distribution Networks

Combined with the actual situation of 10kV distribution network of some city, based on collecting amount of statistic, an analytical hierarchy evaluation model of distribution network is made. An improved fuzzy method is presented. In this method which can mine the capacity of electrical network as well as prove the reliability and electricity quality of important customers, the criterions will be modified according to the load density and requirements of reliability and electricity quality.
