| Abstract: | The institutions of higher learning is the important organization for production,dissemination and storage of knowledge and information.The massive electronic documents in universities will bring a series of problems about the construction and management of electronic file.To fully know the importance of the construction and management of electronic file and to improve the professional knowledge level of the file worker call for our special attention(are our special concerns) at present and even in the future. |
